The Test Role is responsible for evaluating workflows, validating quality, and helping ensure that projects are delivered clearly, accurately, and on time.
- Own testing, review, and feedback processes for assigned workstreams
- Work closely with operators, product teams, and stakeholders to identify issues and improve outcomes
- Document findings clearly and recommend practical next steps
- Support continuous improvement across tools, processes, and team standards
